Terms of Service

Last updated: October 27, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Badger, an app published by Nathan de Castro ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

Badger lets you create a digital business card, share it by QR code, contact file or NFC tag, keep the cards you receive and, optionally, sync them to an account. The app is free.

3. Your account

An account is needed only for cloud sync. Keep your password private: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@coldsnap.fr if you think someone else has used it.

4. Your content

5. Availability

We work to keep Badger running well, but we provide it "as is", without guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. NFC sharing depends on your phone and the tags you use. Keep your own copy of important contacts, for example in your phone's contacts.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Badger and delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by French law.
